Interior Peace, one pile at a time.

Welcome friend! If you're drowning in a great big mess I feel your pain, because it's been my own. 

If someone had told me a decade ago I'd one day be a decluttering coach I would have laughed... and then looked around my living room and cried because I was so overwhelmed every part of my body except my tear ducts was frozen.

God shows up in our weakness, it's where His glory shines. 

Over the past decade, He's been with me every step of the way, reordering my heart and my home, encouraging patience and gentleness towards myself, while building up my strength and confidence to move those (laundry) mountains, with His help!

His plan is for peace, for me and for you, in our hearts and in our homes. Let's begin again together with renewed hope in Him. 

In my training as a spiritual director through the Avila Institute and Heart of Christ School of Spiritual Direction, I learned to be attentive to what the Lord is working on below the surface. From attachments to grief, fears and unfulfilled dreams, to relics of our fantasy selves, there's lots going on in our piles of stuff. 

When we bring our piles to the Lord, we discover what we’re really holding onto. He desires to carry these burdens.

But then, there’s still the physical stuff that needs to go somewhere.

I have trained in declutter coaching with Dana K. White, creator of the "no-mess" strategy for decluttering without  creating more overwhelm. Her method works for moms with a bunch of little kids, people experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD. It's worked for me, and I'm confident it will work for you too!
